What are your shipping costs & delivery time?

Shipping within the United Kingdom is free. The delivery time is 5 - 7 working days.


The cost of International shipping is dependent upon the size of your chosen artwork. Delivery time is between 5 - 12 working days.


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


Please be aware that due to the current Covid - 19 situation orders may take slightly longer than usual to be processed and delivered. 

What is your return policy?

All sales made on this site are final. We do not offer any cancellations, refunds or exchanges. We only offer refunds or exchanges if the item received is damaged. 


If item received is damaged please email photographs of both the artwork and the original packaging to info@faizamubarakart.com, and after reviewing the photographs a refund / exchange will be processed.

Are there any restrictions to commission pieces?

Commissioned artworks will be created in collaboration with the client but will be true to Faiza's style. 

We do not accept requests for the reproduction of artwork created by other artists.

How much do commissions cost?

Each commission piece is unique and created in collaboration with the client and as a result the cost varies across each commission.


After your initial query via the website, Faiza will get in touch to discuss specifics and any ideas you or she may have. Following the consultation you will be provided with a quote and a 50% deposit will be required for any work to commence. Upon completion the final artwork will be shared with you via email and the remaining 50% of the cost will be required before the painting can be packaged and posted out to you.

What can you tell me about the paintings?

Each artwork is an original handmade piece created using only the highest quality materials and paint.


Please be aware that the colours and shades in the pictures may slightly differ to the actual painting due to screen settings and lighting.

It is the clients responsibility to check the measurements of the painting before purchasing to ensure it is suitable.
